Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that Ihad ordered electric tandoor on 11th Mar15.with Order No.[protected] & Sub Order No.[protected].When recieved, it was found to be defected piece.On calling no. of times on toll free no.we were told to despatch to Golden Sparrow Ind., We had sent to above mentioned adress as told by you through IPO(Speed Post) on 24th Mar15 bearing No.-EE[protected]N.But the parcel was not recieved & again sent back to us. Again after contacting you numerous times, we were told to sent through courier to the address mentioned by you. Now once again Ihave couriered the parcei through Track On courier with POD No.[protected] on23rd April15. I have attached the reciepts of Speed Post & Courier.
