Homeshop18 — home shop 18 do not give me my replacement

My order ID[protected], I ordered a MICROMAX CANVES POWER A96 Mobile on19/08/2014 And I Received the courier on 03/09/2014 But I shocked when I opened it, It was a Spice 2G Mobile. Therefore I Send back It on 05/09/2014 for replacement. But they have not try to give me my Mobile which I ordered. Now it is 30/09/2014 They have no responsibility, I am suffering very problem.
