[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Sent me a used and broken old mobile and making me suffer through the return delivery | |||||
I had purchased a product of samsung guru music 2 from the homeshop18 on 16 september and received the product on 18 september and the product i had seen in the box was the old broken mobile of nokia without back panel and had made the complaint about the product and they requested to send the product through the couries.i had paid the couries charges my self and sent the product to them and the had not accepted the couries it was sent back to me and they said that they would only pay for the courier charges if the product was delivered, so again i sent the couries with my charges and even now they are not pickingup the product and disconnecting the call and placing the call on hold for more than 30 minutes and ending the call, they are not even receiving the call now, so finally i decided to lodge a complaint against them . I need the refund for the product and the courer charges i had to bear due to your company if not i am ready to lodge a complaint in the consumer court my ticket number is[protected] which i had complained about your product in your website my order number is [protected] sub order number is[protected] its been 2 months iam going through these issue please solve this problem as soon as possible.
