Up78dh 5657 purchased dt.[protected] with a extended warranty, from smart cars kanpur there is complaint of broken seat frame, since the car has not met any accident since purchase, there is complaint of broken seat frame which is quiet surprising, on contacting the work shop they refused to replacing the frame, without cost, kindly let me know the reason for refusal as the car is under extended...

I have a very bad experience with ring road honda, gurgaon. Sales person mr. Nitin give me the false information that the color which i selected is available and once i swap my credit card within two minutes he said sorry the color you want is not available now. I have purchased honda city vx cvt on 4thdec2017.
I have observed few problems in my car that are:

1. While applying sudden breaks or applying break in traffic, i get a crackling sound. I asked about this to the honda dealer from where i purchased it, he told me that it is because of abs but i am not satisfied with this response as i do not believe that abs can cause sound.

2. None of the youtube videos...

I bought honda shine on 28 nov.2017 now it has problem to self start your staff told that there is problem of rely. How is it possible within 15 day s it happens. Your dealer demanded the price for that though it is in warranty. I am very sick from this because i bought this vehicle with great effort.

I left my car (Amaze) for battery replacement, bill was 18000rs but battery amount is 7500rs. When i ask why additional charges, i got information like if my car got stopt anywhere to help me they will be charging 10, 000rs. Wat the hell is this.
