Dear sir

This is with reference to the above mentioned case id.
I have purchased hp laptop 15-bs617tu on 20 december 2017. On 30 december i faced issue in laptop which was automatically resolved within 5 minutes therefore i did not registered any complain regarding this.

On 8 january 2018 i again faced the same issue in my laptop and this time i registered complain on 10 january 2018 as your customer care...

We have purchased a new printer for school from mangalore on 4 Jan 2018.Initially it was working fine, After about 600 printer there was a lack of clarity and one side of each paper looks to be blank.Besides sometimes printer takes too much time to take print after giving command.Kidly look into the matter and resolve our problem as soon as possible...

Sir my laptop is not working properly. When i do any work in laptop on the time of working work the laptop is automatically restart.
Therefor i does not work properly and distress my work.
Please check my laptop. And also laptop slow work. I but tha laptop on november 2017 within 3 months they are not working properly and create problems for do any work plz solve the problem....

Issue description - i was facing an audio issue since a long time, my notebook was under warranty back then and first of all i used "hp support assistant" to seek help, more than 5-6 times i complained, sometimes they updated my driver sometimes...

I was purching the laptap in february 2017 and take insurance.
In being the laptop insurance, i was double payment due to network problem with 2000 rupees, means that i payment 4000.in the situation, i complain the your company and claim message the reduption support. But all member neglect the complain and increasing the day month by month.
I am tired from your company regarding the complain. But day...

I bought hp laptop from muzaffapur city bihar by one of the hp resseler at the time when i was on the shop he has told me that he installing oriniginal viersion but after buying when i checked it was not the original. And he denied to install again. Now my laptop is totally screwed. Shopkeeper told me hp never provide original version. And he is asking for mor money that was up to 12k n laptop cost he took 24k.

Before 20 days i purchased hp 245 g6 laptop. I am not happy with this product because i am not getting good battery back up in this product. Only 1.5 hours backup i am getting in this product. Dear all,
This month i have booked gas cylinder on 02/01/2018 with booking no 575507, but after many times mobile calling to the gas agency. I have not received the cylinder yet. Just imagine how is the service after 21 days a customer not getting the cylinder. I have facing same embarrassing situation in every month. Very bed and poor service of this agency.
I request you kindly advise gas agency to deliver my filled cylinder...

Screen bright only but does not show any things but when i power on the laptop nothing show on it. Bios also not showing on screen. All hardware work properly it also hear the sound of windows loading but does not show any thing on screen. All led on keyboard work but screen will bright but blank when i buy this laptop at that time i purchase app you need insurance for two year please solve my problem...

After claiming for extended warranty by uploading the required details and paying the amount i received a mail after 3 days saying that my bar coded serial no and the invoice are not received and the mail included that i have to upload them again within 10 business days. So where should i upload or mail my details???
None of the service center is looking after this.

I bought hp laptop for my brother on 17/11/2017. From croma pune. Which stopped working within one month.
Not knowing, what happened. My brother took it back to croma. Where he was forwarded to hp customer service.
That person came & repaired it, saying the hard disk is faulty, so he changed it. & informed him that, one cd will come in courier, which is still not come.

My name is nitin gavhane, pune. My laptop was set on fire automatically by itself today. My kid was just playing in front of it and i was working on the same when the laptop suddenly just burst and it started burning. I was able to take my kid away from it on time but the laptop got completely damaged. It was a real risk for me and my kid and we missed a big accident very narrowly.
