I purchased a HP Envy laptop under HP Amazing Diwali Offer in November, 2015. Under this offer HP provided me some redemption benefits, few promotional offers from HP such as Book My Show movie tickets, Yatra.com vouchers, Mobikwik top up worth Rs.2100 etc.

I have got a Mobikwik promo code which is supposed to be valid for 6 months. As per the offer HP emailed MobiKwik voucher code to me which is valid for 6 months. Under this offer customer tops-up his/her MobiKwik wallet by Rs. 350. Customer needs to enter voucher code while topping up his wallet by Rs. 350.
MobiKwik will put additional Rs. 350 in customer’s wallet, so total amount in wallet will be Rs. 700.
Customer can visit bouquet of e-commerce websites and use Rs. 700/- to make payments.
Customer needs to perform these 4 steps for 6 months and keep getting extra Rs. 350/- from MobiKwik.


Now I am trying use this code and add Rs. 350 to my Mobikwik wallet for 4th time but I am unable to use this code and getting an error which says, "Coupon is no longer valid."

So I contacted Mobikwik support and they said "We would like to inform you that HP offer is closed and we will not be able to credit any further cash back on this offer."

How can HP close the offer after 3 months after assuring the validity of 6 months. I have sent multiple emails to HP redemption support but all I getting is their automated email replies! I got a call from redemption support representative but she just asked me for the details of this offer and promo code even after I mentioned each and every details in the email. Then she just said thank yoy for the info and without any assurance or resolution she just hung up the call. I called on that number but no one answers now.

I hope, submitting this issue/complaint will be helpful towards resolution.
