I received a call from Hungama employee regarding subscription of services and at the end of the conversation I have asked him that I don't need any such services and to kindly de-activate the services. He said that I wont be charged unless I click on the link sent to my e-mail id. But, I received the bill next month of charging Rs.150. I have not subcribed for hungama services on my landline number than also i m paying for it Rs.1400 for last three months lastly also i have complaint about it but no steps have been taken from your side , plz see towards this request other wise we will take legal action towards you and we mean it.
And we want refund.

In month of Nov.2012, we received a phone call from hungama claiming that along with BSNL they are offering downloads of games, music and movies. We were told that they would issue us a user name and password to use such services. It was also confirmed that we will be charged only if we log in with the provided user name and password. Reluctantly we accepted the request and never used or downloaded any game/song/movie from the said site....

There is a programme doremon coming almost everyday on hungama tv. I dont know whether the origin of this programme is japnese or chinese but the content and the teachings in it are unacceptable, as the hero of the show doremon gives his friend nobeta such gadagetry solutions to lie to his parents, to take wrong revenge on his friends, to hide mistakes, to skip homework, to fool the teacher, to be lazy etc the list is endless, our kids especialy...

Once I opened The website Hungama.com to get some songs downloaded from there. I downladed hust a Single Song which was costing Rs.5(clearly written on the website's page) and then I closed the website. But now it is about a week(7Days), I get my account balance deducted per dat with the sum Rs.5.
I wan to comlaint about this deduction and want its solution. Otherwise i'll move to some level to get rid of this....br...
