Hush Puppies — defective black leather shoe

Firstly i would like to inform you that your complaint mail id (In-customer. [protected]@hushpuppies.com) mentioned on the website is bouncing back mails.
I am regular user of hush puppies shoe. I had purchased hush puppies black leather shoes in dec 2018 for rs 9000/- appx, from south ex new delhi and the top leather has developed / got dot - dot all over within 3 months.
It gives very poor look.
I had approached the hush puppies showroom in gurgaon but i was told to file online complaint only.

You are requested to look into the matter and arrange to replace my shoes at the earliest in rohtak.
