I would like to draw your kind attention of mails sent on customer care after receiving unsatisfactory replies telephonically. I have already sent 6 or7 mails, every tme your customer care service sent system generated system reply without going through the issues raised by me.
It is pertinent to mention here that I know very well that warrenty period is 90 days. In my case warrenty period has already been expired but the damage due to manufacturing defect is considerable. In my case, one shoe has totally damaged and the 2nd shoes is in very good condition. I use this shoe only 3 or 4 times only for 2 to 3 house on one occasion after purchase which can be ascertained from the photograph of the shoe. The photograph of both the shoes have already been sent to customer care service through mail, instead of giving reply to my queries they send only system generayed reply for the reason best known to them. Even I have told that in case you are enable to understand my issue, ring me and I will explain you even I have every time given my phone number.
In the end, It is requested to intervene into the matter and go through the photographs of both the shoes already sent and ascertaied the actual reason of damage due to manufacturing defect by using rough material.
