Tab couldn't work simcard in tab...

Due to Covid-19, we moved from Bangalore to kalaburagi. We have not carried the laptop bill with us. The laptop doesn't came with serial number written in it and the sticker was white for S/N.

When I approached the iBall service center in Kalaburagi, they denied the service without s/n. I asked them to do paid service. They told they even can't do it without S/N, inspite the model no is known.

I bought my i ball compboo laptoo from flipkart.after four month the keyboard power button is not working so i unable to on my laptop it is in warranty period. Plzz solve my problem as soon....

My under warrantee iball bluetooth headset with mic "iball breath-m led" was submitted to customer care due to non-functioning on 29th feb 2020 at "aegis solutions-wazirpur, delhi.

Despite regular follow-up at customer care and considering lockdown delays, headset could not be replaced even after 6 months and even no information are being provided by the customer care or company for date of replacement in future.

I had bought iball headset( with one year warranty)this product from apparel Pvt Ltd on February 2020 through amazon.

It is not working right now so I had given it for service at nearest service center. From the service center they are saying that they aren’t able to give me the headset since it is not dispatching from the mumbai warehouses.

My self Parth Patel.Actually i bought headphone last December, 2019.it was had a problem in charging port before lock down but due to lockdown your service center was closed so i gave my headphone to your service center in 25 june, 2020.At that time they told me that it would take 1 month. Then they said that if i want earlier then i have to talk with customer care representative so after 15 day i called in customer...

I have given my iball tablet for repair at trichy authorised service center (Insperious solution) on 31/01/2020.
From that time on continuous follow up also they have not repaired it.
Upon checking with iball customer service they told that it will be repaired and will be taken up with senior but there is no response from them.
Kindly check the status and let me know soon otherwise i have to approach consumer forum as...

Iball g500 premium wireless optical mouse with usb receiver (Grey)

The mouse is not working. It not even one work.
Also most importantly the service and customer care service is too bad....

My headphone pulse bt4 was dead under warranty and i have given in iball service center chandrapur maharashtra on 03/06/2020 but even after more than two months i have not received my replacement.
And also no customer care no is active and no response to mail to company....

I have purchased an iball ear ware bluetooth headset on november 2019 and one of my earpiece (Right) is not working right now. Kindly resove the issue as i have a year of warranty on this product. Kindly guide forward.
