Ear Sir,

My credit card payment due on 15th as due to continuous holidays, i was not able to do the payment of Rs. 982, they have raised late payment fee of Rs. 590 yesterday as it was Ganesh chathurthi holiday.

I have made the outstanding of Rs. 982 today and amount also credited to credit card account.

Please this late payment fee is much and kindly waive off the same,

HI Team, I have submitted the EPFO KYC at EPFO portal with my ICICI Bank details 1 month back. Its been one month there is no update from bank to verify the details and give response back to EPFO portal.

Please help me how can i get it resolve this issue....

I have faced some unauthorized transaction on 11th of September 2023 at 10.30 to 11.30 am. On the same day, i have reported to the bank about the payment on the same day (SR[protected] amounted to CIF[protected] Rs.30, 000 and CIF[protected] Rs.56, 857.

I have raised police complaint on the same day (CSR 1587/2023). I didn't receive any feedback for this issue.

I did a payment of the huge amount of 79100 for my sister's college fee and the amount is deducted from my account yet the payment has failed.
Kindly look into this matter and return back the money as soon as possible....

I have been trying to log into ICICI bank net banking unsuccessfully for over a week now. Bank customer service is not helping much in fixing the problem. It is scary to know that one of the largest private is unable to handle technical issues like this. I need immediate resolution to problem of not being able to log into the net banking of ICICI Bank....

Sir, recently i have paid 2500 on ezpay using upi through gpay from my sbi bank account, after paying through QR code my payment is deducted from the bank and after 5 min QR disappeared and it showed an error, at the site where i have paid the application status is not generated i checked my payment status on icici ezpay site it is showing paid but my application status showing nothing about transaction. I don't know where have been my payment...

From last 15 days about 1298.99 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~IPRUM without any notification. I was maintaining minimum balance for the time of emergency and when I was about to make a payment then the amount was not there. Shame on ICICI service they started looting people's hard working money.

What is this transaction purpose?...

I have two Emi with Bajaj finance and my Emi deduction is done on 2nd of the month. in September 2023 i received my salary on 4th sept 2023. ICICI Bank deducted more than INR 6000 rupees from 19th Aug to till date. Really Worst from ICICI. Pls get that refund my money. I have cancelled all the ECS from my account before that

Will you please specify why you have deducted this amount from my account?...

Last Six Months. Auto debit 590rs for each month. Transaction Remarks(NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~TPSLSIP) Around 2000 Rupees were detected without my notice. Need a reason for the auto debit....

IMPS Txn Ref[protected] for Rs 2, 121.00 timed out at beneficiary bank on 07-Sep-23. Txn status will be updated by beneficiary bank in 3 wkg days-ICICI Bank...

On 04th September 2023, the amount of Rs. 21, 830/- were debited from my bank account in 37 transactions of Rs. 590/- without any notification.

As per my knowledge, I have cancelled all my running and expired mandate in Sept. 2021, then why you guys debited these amount without any prior notification.
