"Hi, The Number of customer care has no response. When they respond after long time they don't help.
Total of 1991.67rs been deducted in three days stating that nach_ad_rtn_chrg~adbldesk. I tried calling the customer care, but I guess I am waiting my time. I request you to give a proper reason for the deduction.

If you can't give a reason please refund the money. Covid has already brought me my knee's don't push to...

Today i tryed depositing 10000 into the cdm machine and i received a receipt that 1 note is retained by bank and my 1- 500 rupees note is not came back from the cdm machine, please help...

I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan dated 7th June 2021, however it’s 6th june 2021 today (which is surreal). I have applied for fastag with icici bank online on 12 may 21 and paid an amount of Rs 502/-. from my credit card with reference number : [protected]

My icici saving account has been debited following charges naming surcharge (Mcc 5541) for fuel purchase. Government is promoting cashless transaction and i have been charged on my own money. Does that mean it's wise to take out money from atm and pay in petrol pump? Request you to check and revert below transactions.

This is not just a bug... It caused me huge amount of loss..

We collect payment from all over Country and release them digital currency. I don't even know the details of the person to recover my money...

This is because of the insta biz bug... I'll have to go for consumer case if i don't get reply asap..

Hi My name is Jitendra i have Unauthorized transaction using debit card of account xxx542 04-Jun-2021. Info: vin*google AD. but i did n done any transaction. Without my otp how this transaction happened. Please cross check and revert my money back....

I have been deducted an amount of Rs 1, 899.00 on June 4- 2021 from my icici bank account. The same amount was deducted on 15/06/2020 too. Which has not been reverted yet.

I have not authorized, neither am aware of any such approvals for the deduction.

Utter crap of icici bank to do such activities without my consent.This is highly unacceptable.
Revert the money back to my account at the earliest....

I had invested Rs 20, 000 in ICICI Safety Bonds in February 2001. Application No D 0974555. But, I have not yet received the maturity payment for the same.

Please help me with getting the maturity amount?

I tried to pay my dth bill through icici, it asked me to enter correct GRID values, but its showing me the msg "Your Grid card authentication has been Your Grid card authentication has been disabled, Call our 24 hour Customer Care Centre and ask to enable Grid card authentication, Then i tried calling 24hour Customer Care call centre but it's useless.

I made a transaction through ICICI Bank Money2World fund transfer from India ICICI Bank to UK Bank account. I transferred £500 at fixed rate of 1GBP to 106.1 INR. Also, at the time of transaction I have paid remittance charges, bank fee and GST. To my surprise, the beneficiary bank in UK has received £488. There was shortage of £12. I had telephoned UK Bank and I was told they would not charge any fee for receiving funds...

I had bought ICICI tax saving bond-032005-TSB-ONE on dated 30.04.2005 for an amount of Rs 20, 000 and redemption was due in 2010. Amount has not been redeemed till date. Bond holder No.[protected], certificate No. 47236

How can I get this amount back from icici. I am yet to receive the maturity amount.
