I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice.I haven't received any deduction
message to my mobile. I need justice and my money back immediately.My Account Number is[protected]....

I am Ganesh Kalwane, I don't have dmat account on icici ban and i never used that dmat account still however icici bank charged for me DP
CHGS TILL apr -21. I want my money refund the deducted money is 826 rs....

In DMC/DP CHGS name ICICI Bank have deducted Rs. 826 from my account without any prior notice. I have a Demat account which I opened with separate charges and it was promised to be lifetime free against that special charge. Suddenly out of nowhere why the bank is charging me again? This is totally not acceptable....

I have raised this complaint thrice on icici complaints before but icici is not ready to admit that charges deducted are inavlid.

Please note that i am going to escalate further if no action will be taken.
Below is the complaint.

My icici account no is[protected] .I registered 2 SIP with Aditya Birla, OTM was from ICICI Bank in the last week of April 2021.

SIP deduction date were 7 May...

I have raised this complaint thrice on icici complaints before but icici is not ready to admit that charges deducted are inavlid.

I had tried to update my Netflix account by my icici credit card account on 11th may 2021, and Rs 499/- was Debited from my credit account but my Netflix account was not updated and I have not received any refund of Rs 499/- till now which I have done on 11th may 2021. Deduction of 1180(590+590) has been done in the name of NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~ADBLDESK~03MAY21~dcbb14c~BTS_B004 from my ICICI bank account on 20th of May.
I wasn't even notified about the deduction. Neither by text message nor via email. This came to my notice after checking the detailed statement.

I noticed today that on 21st May 2021, ICICI bank has deducted Rs. 118/- from my account and the description says "MNDT_CHRG~AD_ICICIPRULIFE~09APR2021". There was no prior notice about any such charges being implied to my account.

Moreover, this is my salary account, so as per the benefits given, I should not get any charges on my account....

I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon st. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. Even i was not log in through my amazon account in that month. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the debit started...

Am an icici bank customer. 13-05-21 ecsrtnchg charged 590 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.
