I have saving account at icici bank. My account has been charged inr 826 for something DP chgs till august 19. I just saw this in my statement while i was scrolling. I didn't received any message of this transaction.
Also, i am not using demat account of icici. It was opened by default while opening saving account i guess. Please refund my amount. Or atleast help me in closing...

An unauthorised transaction took place on 26th May 2021 from my ICICI bank account. I was confused and checked my bank account statement when i got a message that a transaction of 149 INR from VSI/ RAZ lagom has been done and no OTP was asked for it, the amount was just deducted.So I kindly request you to recover it asap

I am not able to redeem my HSBC Global MF. It shows ' fund not available for transaction' error. It is a open ended fund. The current NAV on ICICI Direct also lesser than the current NAV of the fund as seen on other portals....

I own a salary/saving account in ICICI bank. When i checked the account it shows the amount Rs10535.67 there. When i tried to transfer the funds to some other bank or tried to make any payment online I am not able to do that as it shows i don't have sufficient funds and display my account balance as ₹ -35222. This is insane and I am worried if this is a fraud or what. Please help me with this asap.

CHGS TILL APR-21826.00 I am not getting any notification sms why ?
What is the reason please send details...

I have been charged 688.33 as DP charges till April 21, which i did not receive any notification over mail or message. I have never used the ICICI demat account and the account opening was also done without my consent or through a hidden agenda.

I would like the bank to be notified against such fraud transaction/improper charges applied to their own customers. I need the refund right away without any delay....

I never use to saw my account statement, but when I read this articles of DP fraud and when i saw my last 3-4 years statement I realised even my account has been deducted with this DP charges continously for 2-3 years and today when i called the customer executive he informed me that it is a de-mat account charges and I was never informed about this via mail, call or any message that I have icici demat account.

Hello my self Mohit Panchal 344.17 Rupees has been deducted from my account[protected] as DP CHGS TILL April-21) DP charges on

25/05/2021. I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice.I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile. Kindly credit the amount back....

I can see in my bank account statement that bank has charged Rs. 757.
DMC/DP charges till April 21 on 25th May, 2021.
I haven't used their demat account since inception and moreover when their representative gave the demat card, he told me that it is free of cost.
Also, I was not informed about this charge and I haven't received any sort of intimation via SMS and email from the bank regarding the transaction.

I have not received the item yet. which has been delivered by ICICI bank on 22/04/2021 but not received to date. Now I have received the SMS that the item has been delivered. But I have not received nor my family member received.

May I know when I have requested for below Demat account? I have never opened a Demat account with ICICI bank. Now getting the bill for a Demat account. Kindly look into the matter.

It was opened without my consent. Still, automatic charges deducted from my saving account.

I have also written an email to [protected]@icicibank.com but there is no response from your side.

Myself Kishan Makwana, i have been with icici bank since 2012. Each year around 500/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. Dmc/ dp chgs till April-21 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far....

I have withdrawal amount from indian bank atm varni road nizamabad branch amount has been debited but amount not received 4500 date 25/5/2021 NFS60175107 number time 9pm...

Account debited with amount of 590 on 20 May by 3 transactions. I have not received any intimation for the same. When I tried to log a complaint on online servicedesk but there is no option for the same.

Rs 826 as DP charges was deducted from my account.Since 5 year I used account but every time ICICI deducted charges in the name of DP charges .I want refund my money back.If this is case then it will seriously fraud by ICICi.In this tough covid time job is not stable and bank countiously deducted charges in name of DP.I want to refund my money.

I have not at all used any demat account transaction and still it got deducted a rupees of 870 which is unfair and I was in hospital for a purpose because of which I had to suffer a lot.

Please suggest and return back my amount asap.

I am Tarun Sharma, an amount of rs 826.00 has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs till jan-20 on 25 feb 2020.

I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

I need my money back and am ready to complain even in court if required....

ICICI Bank — Housing loan amount collected was not refunded - SR[protected] been created with them and they confirmed in mail it will be refunded in March 21, till date they didn't refund the amount, many mails are sent to them. No reply or action by them.

I had applied for housing loan and paid 15694 rs as processing fees, first level relationship manager Vishal Shaey called and enquired about the property on the same day...

I have applied for eNPS on 18th of May, 2021 and selected ICICI Bank for bank verification, as I am a satisfied customer of ICICI Bank for past 11 years. But the status is "Tier I Status: Freeze due to KYC verification is pending at Bank". I tried calling customer care but the automatic response system does not have this option and call is not getting redirected to an executive at all. Could you please help in getting this closed....
