I have closed my IWish RD prematurely 2 days back as I needed those money urgently but it didn’t get deposited into my primary account until now. I have raised this issue by sending an email as well but there was no response and calls were unanswered. There is no option to check the status also in the application. Please help me resolving this issue at the earliest....

I hold a savings account in icici bank and last friday my accout has been debited with 756 rupees stating "DP charged till APr-21" when i contacted the customer care they are saying that i hold a ICICI direct demat account from 2016. But i never know that a account has been opened with my name and i haven't done any verification/KYC for that account and i haven't even done any trading in that account. But not sure...
