It is very pathetic that ICICI bank is charging money from customer for ecs return which occured due to margin shortfall in my account. There has been a debit of RS 590 on. 14 dec and it repeated again today i.e. on 25 th dec. How can the bank charge multiple times.

I request Icici bank to please refund this amount as i am under severe financial hardship and these frequent issues are not helping.

I have ordered the icici coral wave card for my joint account but have got the titanium and coral expressions debit card. I have cancelled the debit cards and want refund for the same. On 24-Dec-2020 at 8: 45 PM, my friend tried to deposit Rs. 75000 in my ICICI bank savings account through Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai based cash deposit machine. After putting cash in to the machine, money was taken inside the machine however credit is not received in my account and on machine unable to process/ out of service indication has come.

I am using icici since 4 years and have never activated the demat account then how I am being charged . When I reached customer care they told that there is demat account on your name.

I have never activated and used my demat account till now. There was no prior notice. This is totally an unacceptable and unethical behavior from icici. Don't ever do this without a customer acceptance, otherwise we can lose the trust.
