An amount deducted from my bank account named NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG
Ifsc - ICIC0000558

Rs 590 has been deducted from my account on 22nd Dec against NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~ADBLDESK~19DEC20~6fa8e5.

Let me know the reason behind charging this amount from my account. Kindly refund the amount of the charge if it's invalid to avoid any further escalation of the complaint.

Dmc dp chgs till nov-20

Address:Plot no.30 Link Road, Tiranga Nagar Pandharpur

I can see one debit statement from my account of Rs.826 as DMC DP CHGS TILL NOV-20. As I'm not using any demat, may i know how am i charged without informing me.

Please take quick action and refund me same amount....

Unauthorised deduction of rs 4000 for dr. tran for funding A/C

Without my consent, rs. 4000 has been deducted from my account on 04/01/2021 to 'dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected].
I have never subscribed to any policy, however this deduction has been done by icici. I want my money back. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.
This reduction to dr. Tran for funding a/c is a clear case of fraud and banking norms are not being followed. This is unlawful and making me untrust icici...

dp chgs (rs.537.68/-) till nov-20

Amount Rs. 537.68/- has been deducted from my account for DP charges, without any prior notice and also I haven't received any message to my mobile. I tried to raise the request online in ICICI bank site (also tried in imobile app) but not able to complaint my issue.
Please refund my money back immediately.

I want you to cancel the plan with immediate effect as it has been activated without my notice and every month 100 Rupees is getting deducted from my icici bank salary account. It is a shame that one assist is forcibly deducting the amount every month for the card protection plan without any permission or intimation. But I got a message that said

Deducting of money

I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs170/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vin/google kso. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. Regarding deducting money from my account

Icici bank one assist scam

My Mom has Savings account in ICICi Bank . She is not used to digital accessing including ATM. though she is using the savings account more than 10 years she didnt had debit card last week only she applied for debit card.

DP charges till nov 20

I have never activated my demat account nor used till date, but starting from December there has been a deduction in my account with out any prior intimation
First on 29th December, 2020 rs. 92.20 has been deducted, then on 1st January, 2021 an amount of rs. 320.80 has been deducted, and I have no intimation over text or email or by call.
I feel it's fradulent, and seek immediate reversal of this two amount....

DMC charges wrongly deducted by ICICI BANK

DMC Charges of Inr 826 are being deducted from last many year. I am not aware about any Dmat account associated with me or I ever opened with ICICI. ICICI bank is cheating and making fraud by deducting wrong charges....

IMPS transaction- Timed Out

I have done IMPS transaction today from ICICI to SBI. Funds should be transferred immediately which is why I have done IMPS. Amount debited from ICICI but it said "Transaction got timed out at beneficiary end. Wait for 3 working days and check the transaction status". Amount didn't credited to SBI account. Its been more than 8 hours. And today is public holiday(Jan1st), followed by Saturday and Sunday.

Do I need to wait till...

Auto loan : pre payment and pre closure fruada

I have taken loan with icici auto loan on 17th June 2018 loan acc LAGUR[protected]. I have signed aggremenent between both icici and myself on pre payment options and pre closure as well . ICICI Bank - can't view protected email id from icici bank customer care

I got a reply from icici bank customer care for my complaint (https://www.consumercomplaints.in/my-complaints.html) and the icici email id is displaying [protected] email. How can I see the original email? I logged in using my account and its still displaying as protected.

I have been sending messages to icici and consumercomplants.in, following up on this for the past 1 week. Please help me....

Full and final settlement issue

I have completed my service on 17th november 2020. employee id is 463917. its more than 45 days and i have not received the settlement amount. when checking on alumni site its showing that amount has been credited but there is nothing in my account. when making complain on customer service they just ask me to send mail even after sending mail to payroll team there is no response. how to escalate this thing?...
