[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Some amount of my salary account has been blocked by ICICI bank for faulty credit card bill

Dear Sir/Madam, I had applied for ICICI bank credit card 1.3 year back which credit limit should be 3 laces as per my eligibility shows on ICICI bank web site and i applied only for that much limit, but unfortunately i got a credit card which cash limit was '0 INR' and purchasing limit was '60k INR' only which was not useful for me. After issuing credit card, i was getting several frequent phone call from ICICI lombard to avail health insurance policy of cost 500 INR per month for 2.5 years, i was denying every time just saying i don't need but finally somehow i could agree on other health policy which cost was of 250 INR per month for 2.5 year. Next month when i went to pay institute fee of my spouse, transaction couldn't be success. so i called to customer care to know why it couldn't work, they simply told me your card is not activated and blocked. Later i paid institute fee with late fine and went to slender the credit card which was really useless for me. Customer care told me before slender you have to pay 5500 INR which is duse amount. This duse amount was due to lombard health policy which blocked total amount in advance where it have to pay in next 2.5 years. After six month this total amount reach to 10005.24 INR. This month ICICI bank has blocked 10005.24 INR from my salary account without any intimation. Let yo know you know that this month i can't pay school fee of my daughter due to this deduction. Note: till today i didn't get health policy document where i asked to ICICI lombard to send it in many call. My account detail is Salary A/C Branch: Sector- 1, Noida, U.P. Sarary A/C No. :[protected] Credit Card No. : [protected] My question is when credit card never activated and i don't have taken a single transaction then why i will pay bill. Also i couldn't slender my credit card due to pre bolcked amount by ICICI.
