ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — policy rejected twice after 2 months for no reason and utilised my money | |||
Dear team, I requested icici bank to get me a life insurance policy only if i'm eligible to get this policy. After team a confirmation from underwriter of icicipru, i submitted the documents. Here i repeated asked ms shubhangi about the issuance of the policy, on this she said she has already spoken to her boss mr. Deepak pareek hence you are eligible to this plan. I applied for this policy starting of the march which before this panoramic and now i came to know that policy has rejected.in fact 1st time they rejected for no valid reason bcz medical was ok, when i insisted for the reason, i came to know that it was rejected due wrong details put by the icici pru staff. So after this they refunded my amount to my cc bcz i made payment from icici bank cc for which i'm paying interest, emi conversion charges and now when i will cancel emi on cc again icici bank will charge me. I had told ms. Shubhangi that il be making payment payment thru cc so if you can't issue me a policy, let me know now only, i don't want to pay charges on cc. After the refund, ms. Shubhangi was behind me to make another payment which i made immediately. Again after making a payment i had to continuously do the follow up with ms. Shubhangi and after one month of religious follow up (Which was tremendous pain) i came to know that policy is rejected for the reason "plan not available". From all of this i came to know : 1. Staff does not have adequate knowledge. 2. Just to release temporary target pressure, they give false commitment to customers. By login same customer policy they can show it as double business. 3. Staff is not bothered about the customers money. 4. Icici pru is using customers money, earning interest on it and then rejecting policies. 5. Im sure they are using forge documents too issue policies hence i want you to investigate the documents they submitted for my policy. 6. I want charge reversal on all my charges of cc levied while purchasing this policy. 7. Apology letter for this pathetic service and harassment bcz now if i approach some other company they will ask me if any if any policy is rejected hence chances of getting another policy is impossible. If they would have told before applying, i would have approach some other company. Icici prudential has wasted my time, money and energy. 8. I would also be requesting irda to remove licenses from. Such employees who do not have basic knowledge of policy plans and selling insurance. They should atleast hace basic knowledge before applying for policies. Although i know this is a scam and strategy to reduce sales target pressure and use customers money. I would request you please investigate in this. Was this information helpful? | |||
