[Resolved] IDBI Bank — Net banking transaction failed amount deducted | |||
While I am doing net banking transaction due to some technical problem my transaction has been failed. But idbi bank has been deducted my amount. Online purchase is railway ticket from irctc website. I asked them also they said that amount has been not credited to merchant website. The amount should be with bank only. I too seen that in irctc website in failed transaction history menu. Plz solve my problem fast. Plz my customer Id is 80049942. Was this information helpful? | |||
