[Resolved]  In.MobileFun.com — Credit card charged without compelting order

Hello, I tried purchasing a couple of items on 1st April 2015, and the order was not completed and it declined the payment. However my Credit card is still charged with Rs 6185.95. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com I do not know why this happened, so please refund the amount and respond as soon as possible.

Nothing has happened so far. It is getting a little out of hand. Please take action ASAP.
I still HAVE NOT RECEIVED any information from your side. Attached is the photo proof of the order that says "payment pending" but you have already charged my credit card. I will have to talk to my bank and file a formal complaint if this is not resolved in the next 48 hours.

Sorry for the delay Souvik, we have refunded you in full and that should show in your account in the next couple of days. Please accept my sincere apologies for the order being charged, we have found the fault and this will not happen again.
