Mobile Fun India — Money Taken but order not dispatched and no response from customer care since 45 days

I had placed an order for xperia 1 iii charger Total 4 units, but i placed two orders of 2 units each with a total of 4 units.

Mobile Fun India — package unable to track

On 23rd of october i placed order for two things with product id 64937 and 64846 @ 1355.98 + priority tracked mail service @ 1150 rupees. I received confirmation mail for order id 6351232 later i received email that package is dispatched with tracking number la[protected]gb royal mail service on 24th of october but i am unable to track it from royal mail website. My complaint is if i have paid for tracked service why i am unable to track it...
