Hi, My name is Sandeep kaushik and i ordered a LG G4 back cover from in.mobilefun.com on 23rd Nov. 2015 and the order number is 5169400.I have paid 850 rupees for fast service and while placing the order it mentioned that it will be delivered within 4 to 5 working days Now when I got the tracking number LW[protected]GB but as per tracking info the product was received in Delhi from UK on 26th Nov. 2015 and afterwards there is no update. I wrote to their customer care team twice ticket no. NYS[protected] and SQC[protected] but there is no reply on their end. They do not have any contact number of Indian customer care. I have no idea how to reach them or get my money back as i have paid Rs. 3369.49 for this transaction.

for a while, your local office might be processing it as it is international
post,

If the item does not arrive by the 18th of December, please contact me and i
will be able to find faster solution, either refund or re-ship via faster
delivery service

I am not interested in waiting for the product for which i have paid Rs. 850 ($13) which was supposed to be delivered by 29th Nov. 2015.
Just Return my money or i will be forced to file a case in Consumer court by 14th Dec. 2015.

I will wait by 11th December to get my money back in my account or i will file a case and share it with you.

I am a lawyer by profession and i will sue you under Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

Consider this as my last warning as next you will hear via legal notice from District Consumer Dispute Redressal Court.
I have also attached the tracking which ended on 26th Nov. 2015.
