[Resolved]  In.MobileFun.com — Shipped with incomplete details customs charge me nearly 90% cost of item

Hi This is an issue which the Mobile fun and customs department need to resolve Honestly speaking mobile fun sent an incomplete invoice where as it clearly does not mention the word mobile cover anywhere in the invoice given to DHL all details are attached below and therefore the customs took it to be a mobile note 3 handset Customs bcos of the incomplete invoice change the value of the product from 4000 Rs to 29000 Rs and i was asked to pay customs duty of RS 2900/- for a 4000/- Rs product Pls note i have written to u before also regarding the issue but have not herd back from u so far Like i mentioned i would like to collaborate get this issue resolved with DHL as they are your vendor I do not see where is my mistake in the same but if i am going to loose my moneys worth in this case as DHL will destroy the case and i do not see mobile fun giving me a refund I am attaching pictures of the Invoice given by mobile fun to DHL. Also attaching the Customs clearence letter Regards Meherab

the entire point of ordering the product is defeated if the Wireless Charging feature is missing

Pls look at the pics attached

Pls suggest what has to be done. I am so frustrated at the end of all this

not recieved my product yet

I have placed an order having order id 4162684 i.e samsung galaxy s5 official battery kit on 06/10/2014 but not yet recieved till date.
