I receiced conormation of my IT returns and refund for AY2019-20 almost 30 days back. My refund has been confirmed and my bank account has been already validated in my efiling. Still there's no sign of refund. What is worst is that the CPC helpdesk is just fooling around.

They ask me to pre-validate my bank account, which is alreday done. They pass call from one department to another without resolution. They close the helpdesk...

I am holding only one pan card no aafpk4275n in my name and address and many loans are running on this pan applied by me.

CMOFF/E/2019/00979 .The complaint has been forwarded to dc office muktsar for an appropriate action to be taken against the tax corruption and over income property .The case has been reminded at 1-7-2019 again to dc office muktsar . On 5-7-2019 simply stated examined at our level.
