As promised the executive named banu with sales person code 212393 has not got the icici prudential Life insurance settled she promised to get this policy closed if I purchase new policy if bharti AXA. I did purchase the policy of 50000 per annum but it's been 4 months now we have not received any amount with regards to the closure of Icici insurance where assured amount was around 7, 00, 000. i have faced the same issue too with Bharti axa with the same sales person. Thank you for raising the complaint. i will make a new case now
