I have sent my Bike Registration Card through Registered post to my friend in Pune for NOC on 12 Sep 2009.I wanted secure transmission thats why I sent the RC through registered post but it seems like
it is the most insecure one.My registered post is not delievered even aftyer 10 days by the addresse....

My friend had sent an important document by Speed Post on 10-SEP-09 and it has still not arrived in Bangalore .

AS PER INDIAN GOVT.RULES MONEY ORDER FORM IS 0.25 PAISE ONLY.

AT PRESENT NO VALUE FOR 0.25 PAISE. SO TIRUPUR -641601 POST OFFICE - VALAYANKADU POST OFFICE NEAR ANGEL HOTEL,TIRUPUR WILL COLLECT 0.50 PAISE FOR EACH AND EVERY MONEY ORDER FORMS.

IN CASE CUSTOMER WILL PAY 0.50 PAISE, POSTAL DEPATMENT WILL PAY 2 FORMS IT IS O.K.,

BUT MY CASE I WILL GIVE 1.00 RUPEE AND I ASKED 4 FORMS BUT THEY PAID...

I booked a parcel at Banjara hills PO Hyderabad dated 21/08/09. But still it has not been delivered yet. When I tried to track the same the postmaster behaved very rudely even I filled up the complain form and produced the receipt but they are not regretting at their breach of Service level agreement. I am expecting the delivery o[censored]SPS Expressmail delivery in India. The booking number is CP[protected]U S booked on 25th July. Online tracking site USPS says it has cleared Customs in India on 4th August. But sofar there is no communication thereafter.

How do I track it in India ?

I have posted a speed post bearing no.743 from Post Office, IGMS, Shekhpura, Bailey Road, Patna on 21.08.2009 to following address but till date the same is yet to receive.
The documents sent by speed post is very important and should have been reached Allahabad till 25.08.2009. Please look into matter seriously and inquire that why the speed post has not been delivered to the following address:

Sir,
I received a card from TVS company, but when i opened the cover there was nothing in it !
There was also a scratch which indicated that the envelope had been opened using a wire. My mail box has a lock adn nobody can open it without a key. This could have been done by the postman himself.
