I ordered a package on Dec 6th 2021. On Dec 8th it reached the sorting office at Mumbai Airport, where it has been stuck ever since. What is going on? If there is a problem, please contact me or the sender of the package. Otherwise, please release it and send it off as soon as possible. This is really not acceptable....

My PVC Aadhar Copy (and my wife's) was received yesterday at the Aundh Post Office in Pune and returned the same day to the Pune NSH. The reason given was "INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS".

Many important documents such as Passport have been delivered at this address in the past, so it's difficult to understand...

Sir, I have sent a parcel through the speed post from Guwahati GPO on 04/01/2022 and the consignment number is ES[protected]IN.
I have written the right address and pin code over the packet. But somehow, the pin code has been entered into the computer wrongly at the counter.
The right destination pin code of my parcel is 700001 and it has been entered as 700002. But the pin code 700002 is not correct. It should be 700001....
