India Post — No response on complaint registered | |||
Reliance Life Insurance has sent me a registered post on 25th of June 2015. The Consignment tracking number is RM[protected]IN. Since then i am trying to track the consignment number online, but the online tracking system is showing no details. Then on 1st of July i have registered complaint using online complaint portal of India Post. Since then i am following up on daily basis. But India Post never replied on any of my message. Now i am finding myself in deadlock situation. One side Reliance Life is saying that post has been dispatched from their side however i have yet not received the post and not even able to track it.
