I ordered an Item through BagItToday and I never received it. When I asked for refund, they proposed me to collect points instead, which I denied. Whenever i called them regarding refund, they ask me to take points. After 2 months, they agreed to refund my money back but that happened 3 months ago..I never got my money back. I trusted that site as it was from TimesGroup but will never go next time....

As order no 33726892 on March 22, i have got the item Revolving Mop on april 4 2014 and as we saw item was defected and some cracks are there and also the quality of mop is not upto the mark mns quality is Poor and my mother made them call 3 times and i sent them mails and put complaint on their site also but they r not responding on call and email also...my complaint no is 133754... i have paid them 848 rs through net banking and now one...

I had placed order for Steam Mop on 21st. March, the mop was delivered on 1st. April. While doing assembly I found that the water tank cap is missing. The Steam Mop can not be used without this cap. I sent them e-mail on 2nd. April but till date I have not received any response.

Date 22 Mar-2014. I pay the cash amount. & when i open the box i got surprised they are using fake brand name D&Y shirts...
