This is a fraudulent website. The payment gateway looked like a phishing site but since I had ended up spending so much time figuring out what to order, I went ahead & ordered using my Paytm balance & after receiving the payment, instead of giving me an order id, their page gave error & asked me to refresh. Like a fool I did that & added same things to cart & made another payment this time using my UPI id. Again no notification but an email...

I ordered a cake in Indiacakes 11th September order ID 22105702 delivery date 19th September.

The didn't delivery the cake it for the birthday cake total family waiting fir the cake.

IndiaCakes they did not give any update about this 19the September I received a email and SMS regarding the delivery payment I pay this also.

I order a birthday cake on 14th September from them. I chose a hamper one instead that had a cake with 6 roses and 2 dairy milk chocolates.
But I only received a very simple cake, they didn't even mentioned the submitted message on cake. No roses. No chocolates. I spoke with their customer care before placing the order, they confirmed to place the order. After I place the order they asked to pay additonal amount for delivery charges which is almost 80% of the cake charges. When I called them to enquired they didn't reponded and even disconnected the calls. Its very pathetic....

I had order a cake on 14 Aug 2023 and paid ₹518.81 and they insured me that they will deliver it next day on time. But on next day I received a mail from Roseline asking 275 delivery charge because as per them delivery place is far from their center.
