Indian oil petrol pump under HDFC BANK A.T.M all security Guard toilet perpose problem. Petrol pump maneger is a do not help all security Guard. Please help me. Kolkata 151 bihansaroni hatibagan .pin code 700006....

I have been a loyal customer for years with Vaishali filling point in Vaishali, Ghaziabad, UTTAR PRADESH. I had a recent visit to the same where I saw some unethical practices being followed. Specifically where they have a puncture station. I saw almost all the people were asked to put a mushroom type puncture which costs 4 times the regular puncture. It was indeed shocking to witness such hefty amount charged irrespective of how big or small...

Even though I requested the female to swipe my Citi Bank card on the Citi Bank machine, intentionally she swiped it on HDFC bank machine so that they would get extra charged pocketed. Even the Manager when I raised the complaint asked the female to just say sorry and said that the issue is solved.
Does IOC feel that (despite the high prices) given the petrol free of cost and is this side business that the management is running to intentionally...

Consumer no. 15415 at Prasanna gas agencies, Padi, chennai, On 10 03 2021 there was a fire accident while replacing with new cylinder due to leakage & heavy loss to the building & household items. Informed to police, fire station & Indane distributor. copy of CSR & fire report are given to the distributor who visited the site. he said he has informed to Field officer, IOCL & who will attend the site for inspection. Till date no one from IOCL...

The Delivery boy, I couldn't get his name demanded 20rs over the Bill. I gave 10rs as a tip and he spoke in an insulting manner and threatened not to deliver next time. Also the cylinder is in an extremely bad shape to which he replied it's not an issue....

12/03/2021 I was petrol filled to my bike at indian oil pump saraswathi agency tindivanam pondy road, tindivanam. I requested 2 liter petrol fuel but i saw the meter while fuel fill suddenly increase amount Rs 232 I am arguing with them but not get proper response.They asked rudely pay full amount i paid at same time leave there.they are cheating and fradalant with customers. My Fz bike mileage 50km/lit but I just 40 Km only drived got low...

In Kilkovalaivedu village, vandavasi taluk, Thiruvannamalai District, most tea shops, eateries and hotels are using domestic cylinders for commercial purpose.

Currently Kennady Tea stall, Dayalan Tea stall, Elumalai sweets and savories, Perumal ( partotta hotel) are using domestic cylinders for commercial purpose....

Today a gas Cylinder was delivered around 5:30 pm.
We went out of house around 6pm and came back at 8:30 pm.
The house was full of gas smell. we opened all door and windows. Then checked and found seal was tempered, and superficially fitted back.
Contacted 1906 and lodged complaint no 1349731 date...

I have tried to pay online through the link provided in the message but when I returned to the payment page after paying through google UPI, the page said the connection timed out. The money was deducted and I needed to pay the delivery man through cash mode. This incident happened on 15 February 2021.

I filled 1000 Rs petrol in XYZ Auto service chitradurga on[protected] at 8:05 AM after filling I observed fuel indicator was not showing the correct value so I asked the worker he told after you drive some kms it will show up but when I drove for almost 100 KMS fuel indicator was showing less only and I refilled another 1000 RS to come back bangalore.
As per my calculation they filled only 500 Rs petrol instead 1000 Rs

Hi, i booked gas cylinder on 16/02/2021 and got sms as cylinder delivered on 18/02/2021 but i didn't receive cylinder...

Dear Team,
I booked the INDANE refill on 13/02/21 and made payment online on 14/02/21 at Rs. 745.5. But on 15/02/21 the price was increased to Rs. 795.5 and the distributor forced me to pay the extra Rs. 50(increased amount), otherwise the riffle will not provide.
Why should I provide the increased amount after the payment done.

Please suggest and do the needful ASAP.

I had paid Rs. 794.5+Rs.25 =819.5 but delivery boy given a receipt of Rs. 794.5 and taken Rs. 25...and given a invoice of only Rs. 794.5...

Hi Team,
I requested a new gas connection for my Home in PATTAMMAL GAS AGENCIES located near WEST TAMBARAM, Chennai-600045. But they simply telling Below Reason and not giving the new connection.
1. On 3/02/2021(Wednesday Morning) they said the server is down so unable to create a new connection.

2.On 4/02/2021(Thursday) I went in the afternoon but they said they will create a new connection only in the morning...

Today morning I went to kadri/mallikatta Indian oil petrol pump to fill the petrol to my vehcle... I standed for 2 to 3 minutes but their lady staff are busy with cheat chatting with themselves... It was very shameful me and also for ur company... If this kind of negligence happens in the sense non of the customer come for ur petrol pump
So I stricty advice that fist remove that lady staff from that place and replace other new staff...

Cheating by swiping the card for payment and misbehaving with family members and ladies...
