I visited the Fort branch of Indian Overseas Bank today to clarify a transaction in the passbook for an account held by my father. The person who I spoke to is Mr Tiwari told me to first check with my father who is 80+ since I informed Mr. Tiwari that my father is an ex-banker. I complained to customer care helpline, Branch everywhere. But nobody can solve my issue. I'm not able to send money through any UPI app. Please help me. Even the helpline number provided me with a complaint id, but it's more than a month, there is no solution.

On 22 Feb, 2021, I have bought a policy worth 828/- rupees from policy bazaar. During the payment the merchant cancelled it. And the money got deducted. Sir i am a account holder in ur bank recently i made a transaction in SBI ATM of 500 rs but it got error. After that the amount has been deducted but i had not recieved.
The date was 15feb 2022 and now it is 21 feb no solution was made i had raised a complain also and they give me a complain id or no. Which is not useful in finding out complaint status.
Plz help me out i am very tensed bout my money i would be very thanful to...

On friday night 18th feb 2022
i tried to remove 1500 from atm.
amount not received but
i received msg amount got debited
again on sunday 20 th feb 2022
from other atm i tried to remove 1000 amount not received and i received msg that amount got debited
so again i tried for other 1000 rs again i got msg account debited but i dint receives any amount from atm.
my 3500 is pending...

20/02/2022 today am transfer the money through net banking display showing mobile number\account has been deactivated. kindly help me for account activation& Cannot visit branch because now am in Dubai...

1. The door to the ATM doesn't closes. Poeple comes in and stands right behind me when a transaction is being done. I've complaint to the staffs about the issue and they are completely ignoring it.
2. In a period of a month, there will atleast be a week that the ATM is not working....

Internet banking could not be opened...

I placed a order in flipkart 0n 27feb2020 and paid rs1097 via iob debit card. I cancelled the order and refund was initiated by flipkart immediately. It was mentioned i wud recieve the refund by 3 march 2020. But stil i havent received the refund of rs1097.

When I try to create/register as a new user on iob netbanking portal, it is showing me the network time out message and saying don't refresh the browser or close the window error message. I have tried so many times but the problem persists. More over, I registered mail id through bank for netbanking also. Still, I could not register....

Horrible experience with my IOB account ending with 1987. Today I swiped my IOB atm card in HP world Chennai to buy a laptop worth Rs 44999 for amount of Rs 20999, Amount of Rs 20999 was successfully deducted from my account but there was no receipt generated for the transaction.
