I booked 4 tickets from Delhi to Asr on 16th Dec for journey on 17th Dec in waitlist. PNR no: [protected]. when chart got prepared. 2 tickets were confirmed and 2 were stuck on waitlist. I called customer service and they advise to file TDR . I filed TDR within same day i have not received the refund and TDR is also rejected on the grounds that TDR was not filed within timeline (the time to file TDR is 72 hours after journey and i filed it when train started). Railways has the procedure to check that only 2 ot of 4 passengers travelled and waitlisted party did not travel.
