Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Money lost | |||||
I had accessed the IRTCTC website to book tickets from Mumbai-Ahmedabad (Shatabdi Express - 12009) on 07/10/2016. The site allowed me to make the payment but to my surprise the tickets did not get booked and the IRCTC page showed some "Error message". I am enclosing details of payment debited to my account - requesting you to help clarify when i will get back my money. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Sir, my mobile no. is [protected].I got mobile verification, but not get any E-mail from irctc to verify email id via otp. so i can't book any ticket.
