Dear Team, My name is Mayank Verma. I booked ticket from irctc with the pnr number [protected]. After the chart preparation out of three passenger one passenger was in RAC and other 2 WL.Than i contacted to your customer care number they told that the WL passenger will not be able to travel.So i filled TDR before the schedule departure of train from my boarding station MGS. After 3 days i contacted to the irctc customer care regarding the TDR filled they told that the TDR has been rejected.I asked the reason that why it has been rejected they told that in case of partially confirmed ticket, TDR has to filled within 72 hrs after the train reached the destination. I think my money is wasted.Your customer care are saying that you have obtained non traveling certificate from TTE.But ask to those passenger who are travelling in the train .The TTE are saying that they do not issue any kind of such certificate.
