Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — [protected]- reservation failed but money is not credited back

Hi team,
I have booked tatkal ticket on thursday 24th aug 2017.
The ticket is not confirmed and amount 426.8 rupees has been deducted from my hdfc account.
I didn't receive my amount back to my account and status of the transaction [protected] is like payment settled in irctc website.
Please help to refund the amount as soon as possible

On 18th August i booked one tatkal ticket via mobile irctc app from bangalore to gulbarga but i got error due to some system error and ticket is not booked but amount is debited. Transaction id is [protected]. I request you to please grant me refund my money. Thank you
