Dear sir i'm already registered my email id and mobile number with irctc, but my e-mail id and mobile number have not been verified, my e-mail id is [protected]@gmai which is registered with irctc, kindly instruct me sir how to verify email id and mobile number, when i enter my mobile and email otp it appears as "already exists".
