Dear Sir, I'm sourabh, Irctc user id: s07ourabh Reg. Mob. : [protected] Reg. Email: [protected]@gmail.com Whenever i'm trying to search any train an error is showing "booking is not allowed as your account is suspended". I dodn't know reason why, even irctc customer care are not telling why it happened they are just saying make new account with other number and email, i don't have other numbers or emails to make new account.
