Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — advance deduction of amount from my bank account

1] my irctc trans no.[protected] of 12-12-18. Rs.13825.00 was deducted from my bank account, but the irctc portal displays "pending from bank end".
2] my irctc trans no.[protected] of 12-12-18 rs.13825.00 was deducted, i opted for 3 lower & 3 upper births, but was allotted all upper births.
3] my irctc trans no.[protected] of 12-12-18 rs.5010.98 was deducted, i opted for two lower births, the irctc portal displays "two lower births not available.
My grievance is when irctc is unable to deliver the opted births why they are collecting the money, and refunding after deducting gst/service charge/etc after few days.
