Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — amount debited but ticket not booked

I tried to book the ticket for train number 16187 on 1 november 2017 but the ticket wasnt booked and unfortunately the money was debited. The site said that the amount will be refunded. But the transaction details status show that the amount is refunded. But the amount is still not credited in the respective account. The same thing happenned 2 times consequently.
