My name is anmol kumar resident from delhi and today i have came to roorkee and now want to book a ticket for lucknow but after effort my money had deducted from my card and booking not conform please check and revert urgently as i have to book a ticket and an amount 1515 had deducted from my hdfc credit card endinf no. *4996 and my booking not conform.

Plz check and help to refund my money.

I booked ac dormentry in online...19:00 to 07:00 hrs...i had alloted bed no.1...from starting i attacked with BED BUGS...worstly.. Full nigjt i dont have sleep...even bed is not good...opened ...it bad experience..even after vacation i suffured with small Bed bugs in shirt and trouser ...iching badly..please rectify compaint pnr no.[protected]
