[Resolved] Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Amount deducted from Bank but ticket not Booked and also Also it is showing payment pending | |||||
I was doing a Tatkal ticket on[protected] through irctc website. The amount was deducted from the bank but the ticket is not confirmed and also payment is pending on IRCTC Website. I mailed the complaint at [protected]@irctc.co.in and they have given me the A complaint No. IRCTC #4177102. But after that there is no response from there side. Amount was deduced from Bank with following details "INR 719.50 Info.IIN*I-Debit*irc on[protected]:05:46". These are details details from mail by the bank.
