Hi, I booked a ticket for 4 passengers from agra cant to amritsar for train number 59386 / panchvalley pas for sleeper class on travel date of 6nov 2018. The amount got deducted from my bank account but it shows in irctc site as pending from bank end. The transaction id is [protected]. Kindly check the same and help with this. I had cancelled my ticket on 21 September but still date no refund procedure done by irctc even when I'm trying to contact till free no executive hang up my call this thing is happening from last 7 days . My Cancellation PNR No : [protected] and Ticket Id:-1744352.

I have booked ticket from 59386 / panchvalle to indore on 14th Feb from Bhopal, but when I reached Bhopal and checked on enquiry and also on irctc site and found that train is cancelled for 14 Feb from Bhopal and I had to travel from other train. Now call center says that train was not cancelled on that day. What should I do now.
