Hi, Please refer the below message from irctc while booking the tickets, the tickets were not booked but amount was debited from my account : (An amount of rs 280.0 deducted against irctc txn id [protected]igacfufdk6 22-oct-2017 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered.)
