Dear sir, on 26th december 2017 i've booked two train tickets from trivandrum to ernakulam through irctc app. On the first attempt i had made a payment of rs 365. After the payment deducted from my account, got some error message and tickets not get booked. I booked again by paying another 365 to get the tickets. The refund of rs 365 has not yet received and payment details given below.
