I tried to book tickets on may 11, 2018 from nzm to pune in train number 12494.
I booked the tickets two times and it failed both of the times with deduction of rs 2925 from my account.

Its been more than a week and the amount has not been refunded.
Look into the matter quickly as 6000 rs is not a small amount.
I'm very disappointed with the services provided by the irctc website.
I'm not likely to book any more tickets through the website.

But the counter staff told that the rooms are used with pesticides to prevent 'mootta'
so only get non AC room
The room and toilet are very bad condition
Behind the pillow we can see a under garment of somebody
It's horrible
