Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — awaiting for the refund for the cancelled/failed transactions

Dear sir,

Against below transactions i have not yet received refund from your side. Kindly look into the matter on most urgent basis. It shows that refund was made on 27th january 2018, but no money has been credited in my account yet.
