Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — booked ticket history & non-receipt of sms | |||
I am registered user since last 5-6 years and was happy with user friendly services all the period. However, after new revamped system has been installed, we do not get access to other services like booked ticket history etc. Even login system is also not available on front page. I have booked one ticket from thane to pune on 23rd june. Ticket is confirmed but i haven't received sms. I can't view booked ticket history as well request to send again sms also. Irctc must address this issue on priority and make the access or login system user friendly. Pl also put a write up on how to access/use new system effectively.
