Good evening, i am aakriti surana, i recently booked a ticket online on 03/07/2017 from hazzrat nizamuddin to bombay central of 09/07/2017 with transaction id - [protected].
The payment was made succesfully as my hdfc a/c has been debited but haven't yet recieved any information regarding the confirmation and booking status for the same.
Kindly look through it and send me the booking confirmation details as soon as possible or refund the money back.
